My uncle just passed away.

He'd been sick for a long time with a really nasty bone cancer, but it had finally gone into remission, although the treatments had basically killed off his immune system.

Yesterday morning, he went out to get his mail, and keeled over with heart failure. Dead on the spot. I suppose it beats wasting away in a hospital bed.

R.I.P.

T, I sympathize with your loss and had long known your special hatred for cancer. Now I know why. My thoughts are with you.

Guys, fight against cancer is also fought here...
Miss Gladiatt will have to enter hospital tomorrow at 4PM (and she really don't like to go); for a surgery Monday morning.
Although i try to pretend to her that all is going to be OK, i can't avoid some anxiety. Claire told me of her fear of dying....

Given the choice I would rather go out with heart failure than cancer.

Sorry for your loss T. And Gladiatt I'm so sorry for what you and your wife are dealing with right now. I lost my mother to cancer when I was 6 years old. It's a horrible disease and there are not words to express how much it destroys peoples lives

gladiatt, I pray daily for your wife and you that He would be with you in this time and demonstrate His grace in your situation. If there is absolutely anything I could do to help you, ask and it will be done.

Official vacation Parole - Tithe.

Not leaving the country until early Sunday morning, but I sure as heck am leaving work right now!

What was the last known location of Bobo's Booze Barge?

There is a great blast from the past!

Last I heard we were waiting for it to pull into the marina in the Turks, in the summer of '08. Maybe when we get there tomorrow, the barge will have finally arrived.

To the untrained eye it may seem like there is no content here. But to the master, there is a wealth of information and facts that will astound the mind. Some of them may actually be correct as well

Brother Mynok, i thank you from deep of my heart.
There is nothing particular to do: as a good bunch of good people on this thread, you offer to listen, and you offer you thoughts: that is the most valuable attention you can give !
My estimed opponant (Jan, if ever you read this, you have my uttermost respect) don't hesitate to torture my or to hammer me in the game, but is also listening, and i must admit that this is good to know that people realise that there are two things in the world: WitP and Life (oh yes, almost forgot THE THREAD !!! ).

So i just leave Claire (well in fact she told me that "now you MUST leave !" . )
She is absolutely in fear, but had promise me to fight as much as she could, and after a hard talk but necessary, i know she don't want to give up.
Being home alone tonight, i can now unleash me in tears of fear, but knowing that if ever something get wrong, we already said to each other all the love with have for the other.
To those that could think it is silly, i answser : "crap !". The others will understand.

To brother Mynok and all the others , a great thank you
(shall i name all who gave me some kind of help with words here ? You are really many, and i know each of you were absolutely sincere (honest?) ).

Eric
