Jimmy Buffett also started his journey around this planet, from beach to beach, 63 years ago today.

Why hasn't he come up with a sequel to his old classic: "A pirate looks at 60"??

Maybe he's waiting another dozen years so he can release "A pirate ponders Depends"?

Gee... and I was thinking that a "mother in love" was your mistress's mother... I have no idea if she'd be more welcome than your wife's mother!

Just came back from seeing the new Sherlock Holmes. Very entertaining, though not for Holmes fanboys (which I'm not, thankfully, just a fan).

Main issue is with the casting of Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes. He's entirely too handsome to play him...

You're watching 'Beaches'? Voluntarily? Did you lose a bet? Religious pennance? Isn't that outlawed by one of the amendments to the Constitution (along with 'Steel Magnolias' and 'Sleepless in Seattle')?

Cool I really want to see it. A guy I work with said its pretty good as well now if I can convince the wife to go. I did see her vampire movie so maybe she'll go see this

And you're further east than where I live....

And before the Americans chime in, they're further west from where I live. We've got the Greenwich Meridian, where 0 degrees longitude is, so we're in the middle

Well, it's all a matter of perspective. Seen from where I live, you live far, far east ... In fact, you live almost one rotation of the globe east of me ...

I'm in the Matrix fantasy football championship this weekend.  If I win, I'll get a free Matrix game download.  This is how I got WitP 3 years ago.

To absolutely be sure I won't win, I'll jinx it now by asking for recommendations for the free game if I should win.    I have AE.  What else could anybody want?  What are your favorite non-AE Matrix games?
