HA! Discrimination! They should have had all people out there-men, women, elderly, all concerned. Equal representation and all that...Since I work with a predominance of women in my given field (trust me, guys-it's not 'all that'), I'd have to make sure that a policy of discrimination wasn't being put in place by omitting able bodied (everyone) from doing the manual labor.

And there you are folks. The difference between Europe and the US.

Don't mind me, I'm 'in a mood' this morning...I'm only sometimes such a callous jerk IRL.

Oh, I wasnt commenting on you CB (and I'm sorry if it came across that way), but there is a lot of truth to what you said, which to me says several unflattering things about our society. I think Leo and his associates do it right, but thats just my opinion.

My mom (of all people) forwarded me some pps file that someone had forwarded her. That picture was one of the more tame ones.

I notice you have this propensity for acronyms. Is that a martian thing or have you been on Earth too long?

Seems a tad self defeating, if you ask me, since you have to then explain what the heck you meant by that.

evening gents. Seems we have a little "snowpocalypse" in France. 2 inches had already falled in 3 hours; even had troubles getting back home with car.
I think it's time to stay warm and confortably in house with a good book and maybe a hot beverage (grog for example)....

New AAR post for me, I am going to update each weeks action for the first 10-12 weeks of the war until I am caught up then as events unfold with my opponenet. Feel free to check it out and laugh at the silly mistakes I make!

I don't think we should laugh: everyone was a newbie once, and everyone has to cope with all the troubles.
And i am still a newbie (btw, newbie at old Witp, not even of AE). So good luck

Your faith was strong,
But you needed proof...
You saw her bathing on the roof,
Her beauty in the moonlight overthrew you...
She tied you to her kitchen chair,
She broke your throne and she cut your hair,
And from your lips she drew the "Hallelujah"...

Of course not.....but with your lofty height and blinding reflection from your head you do have an unfair advantage.
