We'll have three days of great weather and 25� next week - the last piece of summer.
I intend to do nothing but hang around outside to catch every sunray.

Yeah I know rain can get really depressing. Where I grew up in northern New York you could go 3 weeks without seeing the sun, especially in the fall.

Yawn... Just finished uploading the very early Alpha version of the AE Downfall scenario to our build site. FAR from ready for release (look for it in patch 2), but I have to admit there were times during the building of it where I was sure it would never be complete.

We have shots fired between Mars and Earth forces in the South Pacific!

Getting our Guad scenario underway. One of my subs caught a barge of Mynok's and hit it with a 4" gun: "LB AG-5114 obliterated by direct hit from 4" deck gun."

I really love the extra "flavor" that has been added to AE.

Made my wife happy by getting a bunch of house cleaning done, watched a lot of football, drank a lot of coffee, and playing a lot of AE today.

Football is still on, still swapping Guad turns via email, and my wife is soundly asleep after a long day of work. There's only one thing left to do.

Hi guys. I canned 2 gallons of spaghetti sauce last night. Tonight we had a cookout. Ribs on the grill. Yum! Tomorrow we're going to make some grape jam. If there's time we'll can more sauce. The tomatoes are never ending this year.

I just spent the last couple of hours doing an assessment of the Japanese resource, oil and fuel situation. Honshu will need 3.4 million resources a month to keep the HI factory workers employed.

That's 112k resources a day. I can't see how it will work. They produce all but 30k and have an excess of resources to last the war. But getting it to Honshu will be a chore.

I still think it may be worth it to build some LI in some outlying areas. Better than trying to ship it all to Honshu. Maybe Indochina and Formosa, as well as some of the SRA. If they're built in Dec 41, they break even in Aug 44. Still not sure if it's worth it. Maybe it would be better to spend the supply to increase merchant shipyards to get more hulls.....
