Ok I have made it up about 4 ft on the learning cliff but looking for another toehold. I tried to find this in the manual and using the search function, but am still stumped. IIRC, both torpedoes and mines are tracked quantities. How do I find out how many torpedoes I have at a base, and how to increase that "inventory level". I remember you burn supplies doing so, but cannot find where this is shown. Also same with mines.

Oh, and gotta say the game looks great!

Only aircraft torps are "tracked" and they are listed in air HQs (almost always if not always at 100 and will automatically reload if there are enough supplies there). Mines are in the inventory lists (like tanks and infantry squads).
