See pic. Base info window shows naval support available although no units in the hex provide any.

Are there any units with naval support located on transport ships in that hex?

Or any in nearby bases, Naval support extends (range) beyond the base they are stationed ...

Look for an HQ with Naval Support that is within the HQ's radius.

I didn't know that! Manual only says that Naval HQs "Helps to speed ship repair time." (plus the standard Naval support effect in their own hex). Very good to know.

Anyway, I checked and it's 5th Fleet from Ominato. 5th fleet's range is 9 (!), meaning it affects all of Hokkaido plus Toyohara (!!). Good for shipping resources to Honshu :)

Changed thread subject as it's WAD.
