The manual states that there is a Pilot Replacement Screen (Trained Pilots). All I have is a Monthly rate screen and a Reserve Pilot Screen.

Where is the Pilot Replacement Screen (Trained Pilots)?

That is the main screen which shows the "In pool" and "Experience" of the Trained Pilots.
Trained pilots represents just a number - which is "In pool" with an average "Experience". They haven't been assigned to an unit yet, so are 'nameless'.
