Aye, this War in the Pacific stuff is very interesting. The only problem I have with this game is I have to balance it with Eagle day - bombing the reich, WW2 online for some flying action, a job, sports and a girlfriend....

They dont bring out a manual for stuff like that

also an noob, just downloaded it and iam rellay happy
that ive also bought the boxed version, im a bit overhelmed
and cannot get an grasp atm

any1 now if there an good tutorial online who takes
up the basic?

The WitP AE manual is laying on my night stand. Everytime I pick it up my girlfriend shakes her head, is that bad ?

Bit of advice there my friend;

take that manual out of the bedroom, and put it on the coffee table or somewhere like that. That manual sitting on the night stand is in direct competition with your GF, she will be hating that manual (and the game) with a passion you can't imagine.

At what point do we reach critical mass of having too many Marines vs Navy vs Army vs the rest? Is there a danger point? Some kind of fail safe mechanism?

WOOT, US Coast Guard! Someone has to admit to being a Coastie.

Cannonfodder, do you use the same handle for WWIIOL?

Divepac, I can get away with it as long as I do shopping, I cook, work fulltime and do the occasional job in the house.... . I am like Cicero in Gladiator, "sometimes I do what I want to do, the rest of the time I do what I have to"......

Rogue, no my nick in WW2 ol is Kenchis, I fly in the 56th. Barely getting my act together in the new campaign though....

DivePacs right. If you take it out of the bedroom, GF will be happier. A happy GF is required to play AE without whining, snide remarks and dirty looks. In my case, I do the whining.

My suggestion for a good place for the manual is the bathroom. The rest of the time you'll be in front of your computer playing AE. When nature calls, you can still get some AE time in when you're away from the computer.
