In a recently started PBEM game I am playing Japan and noticed a disturbing development just three turns in: over 50,000 Oil disappeared overnight from Bangkok! Following is the history for Oil stored at Bangkok:

7 Dec 51920 Oil
8 Dec 51720 Oil
9 Dec 1495 Oil

Bangkok should only use 200 oil each day, as it did from 7 Dec to 8 Dec. There are no ships there and there are no TFs carrying Oil. Is this some kind of glitch or a known issue? This will make things very difficult for Japan, since Oil stored there went from an estimated 250+ day supply to only a 7 day supply overnight!

Any help or advice will be appreciated...

That's "interesting". Seems a bit excessive for normal supply spoilage...

Thanks for the replies - yes, it was moved, but in my case to Cam Ranh Bay.

Indeed...

Question now is, if I move some of it back (to make use of the refineries in Bangkok), will that mystery train come back and take it away again?

I THINK there is no need for that, game engine should pull oil back in small quantities to Bangkok when needed using the same route "big train" used. And to answer your question, oil would probably move away again leaving you with about the same quantity you currently have.

You should not have to do anything Bangkok will get what it needs for production.

OK, I will stay calm and see what happens. So many new things to get used to...

Thanks again for the responses.
