I have several squadrons stashed in the Eastern US Base. After a few days I noticed that instead of the skills increasing in the selected training, category they were rapidly decreasing. You can have a squadron of all "1s" in a month.

Also noticed other anomalies in the Eastern US, but did not confirm they exist in only the Eastern US. Some pilots from "Restricted Squadrons" may be released to the General Reserve. Some pilots in "normal" squadrons cannot be released. Eastern US squadrons never gain fatigue.

The AVG squadron attached to the RAF cannot release pilots normally but if they gain enough XP they can go to the TRACOM.

FWIW I went back to my seperate install of the beta. The same issue is present with pilots losing skill points but they do seem to gain XP. I am only finding this in the Eastern US so far. Have a hard drive full of saves from both installs of AE's last beta and the current patch 2.

The skill adjustment is going negative once the adjustment goes over 127.
Corrected in hotfix.
