Group patrol altitude is 6000 Raid is overhead or was it normal to see three bombers coming in alone in the end... the way it works is just too random... using waves or the so called "strike packs" is surely ok, but if you look at how these "waves" are made up makes you just wonder all the time... this has nothing to do with "waves" and I seriously doubt that so many bombers got "lost" on the way to a target all the time... strikes not locating a target at all is one thing, but having dozens of bombers/fighters getting lost on the way to target (while of course still locating the target) is just too much... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Morning Air attack on 201st JAAF AF Bn , at 106,125 (Rabaul) Weather in hex: Severe storms Raid spotted at 39 NM, estimated altitude 14,000 feet.
