What are your alternate historical presuppositions regarding the French Fleet?

Did they all flee to the USA and interned in 1940?

To British bases and active combat?

Answers to these questions will provide a better focus on the possible armament of French ships in late 1943.

As an example, if they were interned in US bases then little would have been done with them till the USA was actively in the war. Even then US warship construction and repair would have priority.

Okay, maybe a suggestion would be to start at Jun 1940 as a base date for all ships? Unless France held out longer than historical, I see no way some of the French ships your modeling would even have any chance of being present. Thus, it is good to develop a historical (real or alternate)scenario first. If all your doing is exercising imagination in designing ships, this is fine too as it is useful data.

Looking over your ships specs so far everything looks okay with a few exceptions. If you like I will critique these I find in error?

HI alaskan

I dont get your point ?

surely the idea is to have the ships available for any one to create any type of scenario they choose, be it a 'historical' or a complete 'what if'.

I can think of a number of viable scenarios for a significant portion french fleet to make an appearance in the pacific, many of them based on simple turn of events or a single chance of command decision at a critical turning point.

Thanks Jorm

Everyone can add some french ships in scenario as he wants.

You can built scenario with no war in Europe, some british and french units can be send in Pacific.

For Alasakan
