It almost sounds like you're asking a serious question?

My dear sir. Please note the Capn's request for input from ALSP-the Lord Admiral himself. If he wanted input from the likes of us, he'd ask for the opinion of the peanut gallery / rabble / tittering monkeys.

*snicker* "tittering"...

Ah! So what is ALSP? You mean it's not "All Loyal Strategizing Persons"?

I just realized by looking back at the March 25 turn that there is already an Indian division and a separate brigade on the move from Akyab.

Also there are 2 armourd brigades and one Indian infantry division moving from Kalmeyo.

I dictated this post with Dragon dictation.

Educate imagine it is not very good with Indiana and Bernice placed names

Personally, I always love the way a cadre of stenographers follows this little fat boy around. As if any utterance or observation of his is worthy of immortalization or action.

Santa Maria!

Just looked the turn file. There is a LYB multiple carrier taffy and transports bearing down on Oahu from about 9 hexes out!

All we have there are a Brewster training squadron, float planes and 12 P-40B's

Looks like April Fools! Come to think of it, faking a Pearl invasion while the Allies are invading the Philippines is a great April Fools idea, if you can time the turns right.

Meh. I'd take the loss of 8 aircraft (net=5) in exchange for likely mortal damage to Hermes.

More dock space at Colombo. It might have been Vicky. Plus the first day of the landing at Port Blair went well. No mines, no shore guns. No aircraft.

Meanwhile, in the Phirripines...

The Bettys take off early. This might be the biggest Betty raid of the war. They plow into the "main body" moving North near San Jose. Not a single plane from San Jose offers aid. Oh wel...turned out well. The CAP is from Wasp and the 3 CVE's. All the TBF's have been left ashore to make room for fighters.

What it looked like on replay. Interestingly, the Vals were not coming from a carrier as far as I can make out. No attack on IJN carriers because we were exactly 8 hexes away.

Also this, 40 bombers sorties by Jap carriers (all Kates) is quite anemic. I dont think that is a fleet carrier.

Cap'n-any further identification on the origin of the Val unit? It could be either an LBA unit or a 'bought' air wing from a sunk carrier. The latter would take some time to become available in the cue again-1 year IIRC. That's about right, given your bloodbath(s) in and around New Scotland and New (and Improved) Hebrides.

They are D3A2's if that matters.

Fairly capable drivers. 20% hit rate of undamaged DD's doing figure-of-eights at 30 kts. 40% hit rate on an unescorted AK. 40 morning Val sorites. Fewer of them now than existed at the start of the turn.

D3A1's in Burma.

Those extra ribbons are for killing the last guy that asked why they have extra ribbons.

There is this too. The people on the PRK are eating grass and bark and and there is enough material in those caps to make a bedspread.
