HMS Resolution, after DC party (no, not Washington 1814)

Stoker Bagsy Baker: 'Ere PO, what was that just floated down the Burma Way?

PO Chalky White: The Jimmy's armchair. Take this 'ammer. See this bung? When I nod my head you hit it.

Did the young stoker understand that it was the bung to be hit, not the PO's head?

Gads

Yes...quite a dangerous grammatical error by PO White.

There is a name for that but I have no idea what it is. Seems it could be worse than ending a a sentence with a preposition.

Would the name be "Splitting Headache", or "Skull Fracture"? or maybe "Stoker Overboard"?

I thought we had a 'possum or a racoon or maybe even Linda Blair in the attic. There were some serious noises.

Turns out it was a 17 1/2 inch rat. Ive seen smaller dogs. The exterminator took a "selfie" with the thing. Pretty funny.

Damn vermin....the rat, not the exterminator.

We sent it to the Natural History Museum in LA. They might not be able to use him because his head is dented a little.

I would advise you to respectfully decline if that lad should invite you to dinner anytime soon.

Sure looks a lot like the picture of the one from Sweden that made the rounds a short while back... I smell a...oh, never mind.

By ra way, Cap'n-why go through so much expense regrading the Santa Monica mountains and your stone columns in your back yard when your kitchen drawers are wrapped in duct tape? Priorities man!

As a young man, I worked on an old freighter that carried a load of wheat to Alexandria Egypt. You want to talk about rats, just let me know....

Non-Hispanic Caucasian-mens and womans are now an officially a minority in California.

Yesterday I went shopping and now Wonder Bread and Ketchup have been moved to the Ethnic Foods aisle.

Jonesoft Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME) will do the job nicely but it might be easier to just have two installations of the game.

Maybe a neighbor vomited all over his computer after pouring her soul out to the Capt. over a few Sticky Greens, rendering the computer hors de combat. It's happened before to his couch.

Do you think the Capt. is torturing himself over all of the missed opportunities for pithy comments?

No. I'm sure he and Rord Sprior are busy trying to work out the intricacies of Japanese Jackspeak.

Forget about March. Beware the Ides of April.

Every year about this time my thoughts turn to murder. Not just your ordinary natural murder either...murder most foul...and unnatural too.

I think it must have something to do with the tides or maybe pollen. It's like clockwork. It's not the HOA either, as far as I can tell.

Have you contacted Erik Rutkins directly? He has responded quickly to requests in the past. You might mention that we are waiting for a turn.

Hory crap! That's it! What do I owe you for the therapy session?

Oh wait....I don't really feel any better after this breakthrough. In fact, I think I might be getting worse.

There are times when I think the IRS wouldn't have ANY customers if it weren't for the threat of incarceration. At least I can take solace in the fact that the money is being well used.
