STill trying to figure things out...
I'm two weeks into the scenario and still don't see a way to transport troops to enemy occupied hexes.
I'm playing the allied side.

Am I missing something or do landing craft show up later?

You might want to wait another week for the APA's to arrive.

Click the button labelled "I" ingame. (its in the top row of buttons)

In the information window click on "ship replacements".
Then you can scroll through the arrival dates of the ships for this scenario.

If you don't want to wait you can load them up on the xAP's. I have done that a couple of times for an early assault on Kiska. Sometimes it works sometimes you get kicked off of the island.
