1) Three race colored dots arranged like pyramid, after the name of the system
2) Light blue ball with some white figure(?) inside, before the name of the system

1. There are ruins in a player controlled system. In independent systems these will be white.
2. Not sure, but I believe that just symbolizes that you have an actually colony in (and thus ownership of) the system.
