Would someone please tell me the equivalent value of SUPPLY: i.e. the weight etc.

For instance AK Sakito Maru has the listed values:

Cargo Capacity 5105

Capacity 5515/99

Total Load 5513 of 5515

Cargo Supplies 5241

Tonnage 6840

FYI I would like to know the "SUPPLY equivalent value" so that I can calculate the amount of SUPPLY transported by an individual aircraft.
