In my AARed PBEM I loaded the 2nd USMC Regiment onto a few transports and shipped them to another base I held. None of the ships were attacked and the ships unloaded uneventfully. Unfortunately the USMC Regiment was reduced to precisely 50% strength - exactly - despite the fact that it was at pretty much full strength when it loaded onto the ships ( it was well over 95% of TO&E ).

I',m wondering if this is something that has been noted before.... And no, I don't have a save as initially I thought I must just have redirected a portion of the convoy elsewhere and left it behind. If it hasn't been seen before I'll keep an eye out for it happening again and save the file when/if it does.

I have seen this too with some Japanese artillery units, devices reapeared after a few days tho.

A save that can replicate this circumstance would be helpful.
