A few times already the AI did some weird things; it can remove sanctions and subjugation imposed on them as if they were the ones that initiated them. That means imposing sanctions and asking for tribute becomes useless if the target empire can lift them anytime it wishes to.

I've seen the likes of that in the standard released version, but not in 1.0.6.0...(I declare war on XYZ, XYZ declares war is ended, thus war is ended...)
