You're welcome...

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving to all my brothers of the American persuasion. Try to stop eating just before your underpants burst.

Happy Thanksgiving, Thread dudes.

Funny thing how some holidays manages to make the Atlantic crossing while some don't.

For example, just ~15-20 years ago we didn't celebrate Halloween here, but it has been imported and is increasing strongly.

Thanksgiving, however, is stone dead here. I have never even tasted turkey.

Edited: Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving yourselves BTW!

Well Per, if your ever in the USA on Thanksgiving, there will always be a place for you at our table. (And some turkey in front of it!).

Why thank you! If that should ever happen, you can bet I would hold you to that promise!

I've never tasted reindeer, Per, so we're even.

Note to self; If I ever go to the USA and make that round trip I'm dreaming about, I must remember to take some smoked reindeer hearts with me ... On a side note, it could be quite interesting to bring those through the customs security screenings ...

You might want to hold on that. You can order smoked reindeer (although probably not hearts) via the internet. But our airport security people are infamous for their lack of humor, or sensitivity. Not to mention any kind of humanity!

I know they are. That's why I stated it would be "interesting"

Oh well.

I really like "Hey Jude"

Me too. Especially the Hugh Laurie version, sung in the style of Alvin and the Chipmunks (without Alvin).

It's pretty bad quality, but still...

Hi Mike. Good to see you around as well.

I will probably be around a bit more often, but we'll see. I certainly can't allow myself to spend the time here I did a few years ago.

I finally dusted off my copy of AE. I want to get it installed on my computer, but seem to have misplaced my key.

Hi Dixie! What do you have to do for your test? At my age, I have to get in the push up position, 2 sit ups and tie my shoes for the run.

It's a max effort thing, as it turns out my max effort is exactly the minimum score I need to pass Until I'm 30, it's lvl 9.10 on the shuttle run, 20 press-ups in 1 minute and 35 sit-ups in 1 minute. When I get to 30, I'll need 9.04 on the shuttles and 18(?) press ups and 30(?) sit ups.

Previously (3 years ago) the age groups were different and the levels were lower. When I turned 25 my level was level 8.10 on the run, 13 press ups and 30 sit-us. Now I'm older the levels are higher I can pass it, but I struggle 'cos I'm not built for speed

I hear ya, Dixie. Actually, at 50 (yeah, I'm old) it 25 push ups minimum in 2 min, 30 sit ups in 2 min and 19:30 to run 2 miles. I can do it but my old creaky body doesn't like it the next day.

2 minutes? Good grief man, I could go for a walk and come back before starting my push-ups

Yeah, I rarely go more than a minute and get to about 50 and stop. I can actually stop and walk in the middle of the run and still make it. What's emparassing is all the people that can't pass.

Chris!!! Good to see you!

If you registered your game, your serial # is stored in Matrix's files. You can sign in to the members area and get it anytime.

Got 'volunteered' to fry two turkeys for my wife's work. Nurses work today as usual but they always have a huge feast everyone contributes to. Good food. And the turkey was done right too.

Tell you what though. Keep anything you cherish that looks edible hidden from those wenches.

Oh is it that time already?

Winter has kicked off here as well.

Same here... winter has come...

Until last week we had almost +20 degrees Centigrade and now it finally dropped around 0 (i.e. freezing)...
