Hi all,

In past 2 years there were several incidents here where some idiots used laser pointers to temporary blind pilots during final approach at night... I simply can't understand how on Earth someone would do such thing... are they completely insane...

I thought I saw Dixie, but now he is gone! He updated his AAR, so I am hopeful that means it is my turn next. My wife is off out with a very hot 24 year old brunette she met on her course tonight, so I will have an evening to myself to take some time and get some screenshots...

And if that means that you have some pics of the brunette and your wife together, well that's OK too, I guess.

Inside Taco John's; Taco Tuesday last year..

Me: a dozen tacos please.
TJ#1: Hard or soft shell?
Me: Hard shell.
TJ#1: That will be $1.17
Me $1.17? Are you sure?
TJ#1: Yes, $1.17
She goes and gets the tacos.
Me to other TJ employee: Is that right a $1.17 for a dozen tacos?
TJ#2: Yup.
TJ#1 hands me the bag. Bag feels rather light. I open it and there are a dozen taco shells.
Me handing the bag back: No, no, no....I said a dozen tacos. This is Taco Tuesday isn't it.
TJ#1: Sorry a lot of people order just the shells.
Me: Well if they do they're idiots. Let's try again shall we a dozen tacos please.

does it bother anyone else when these genius people hand you the paper money first instead of the metal change in the drive thru? how many times do i have to drop coins all over the drive thru before they understand it's easier to put the coins in the customer's hand first!?!?!?!?

That why I always go inside. Plus the face to face ordering. And I have some limited movement in my left arm from an old construction accident many years ago. I proved one thing that day when I fell from that building. This one Czech that doesn't bounce.

Cloudy, cloudy, cloudy. Windy, windy, windy. Just plain brisk out there today. Maybe a shade over 50 degrees.

Meeting the family at a Teppan-style restaurant (think Beni-hana) tonight. Kids' first time, so they oughta think it's a fun dining show.

Just so we're clear, when they do the little 'onion volcano' trick, I'll be thinking about Iowa suffering a magazine hit and catastrophic enflagration in my PBEM. Yes...goin' to my happy place....

Mmmm! Teppan-yaki. Best meal I ever had. And soon there will be a new Japanese Restaurant opening here. Fuji's. I don't, is this a franchise?
