To support your cargo vessel research, I would be happy to send you pages from the following references: 1. U.S. Naval Vessels (The Official USN Reference Manual, 1 September 1945), 1996, Schiffer Publishing. This large book consists of 3 documents developed during WWII: (1) ONI 222-US Naval Vessels (including ONI-226, Allied Landing Craft and Ships with the 226/1 supplement), (2) The United States Fleet (From Pearl Harbor to Oct 1 1945), prepared by the Statistical Section of ONI, and (3) Index of United States Fleet (1 Dec 44), prepared by Commander, Air Force, Pacific Fleet. This book includes the carrying capacities of cargo/supply ships. 2. Warships of the World, Roger Kafka and Roy L Pepperburg, editors, 1944. Please let me know what ship classes you want and where I should send the pages. Thanks, RayM
