There's a "Report" link in the lower-right corner of every post. Just click on that and fill it out.

I think we should report it, but then we should immediately reply to it with 'Spam reported'. That way the moderators won't get inundated with the same spam reports.

This is (fortunately) unnecessary, as a post can be reported only once anyway.

No, since all you have to do is use the post's "Report" function.
