Has anyone figured out how to optimize Sys damage repair of ships (other than sending them back to Pearl or Japan)
1. Do larger ports repair more rapidly than smaller?
2. Does it make sense to spread ships around to various ports (i.e., if a single ship is in a port, does it repair more rapidly than if many ships were in that port?).
