Long time no update!

But I've set aside the entire day tomorrow to work on the mod, we'll see what happens, maybe an Atuuk update in the evening

Just little more to go Woodman. Can't wait to see the Atuuks. Got them in my current game, fighting a noble fight against the mighty Quanemos and the dupious humans.
BTW. The "new" human ships, especially cruisers, frigates and escorts look great ingame.

Hey all!

Still no update

However, I have some news! The next update will be the last major update for the mod as I've decided I want to do it all in one go. As I mentioned before I want to go back over some of the stuff I've already done to fix a few things like blurry large spaceports in the early sets I made, that won't be included in the next update, but the next update will include everything to make the mod into a "finished" state. Fixing the old stuff will be done in minor additions which I'll probably string out over a looooong period of time because once the next update is out I want to make an AAR which will take up some time.

The next update will be HUGE! It will include the Atuuk, Shakturi, Ancients and pirate/wrecks. It will also include some other surprises

Thanks for the kind comments!

Because its going to be a while I'll post little updates as I go along.

Tonight was a nice game of Blood Bowl, as I hadn't played for a few days, but also managed to knock up a couple of images for the mod before I go to bed!

Tonights work:

Gasbag with engines? Still, looks great to me.
Also, I'm guessing you are doing some new planet graphs Woodman.

Don't make him go any faster....I think he's capable of it and we'll not be able to keep up

I've been a bit busy this week, decorating (again) and applying for a job which has some work to do as an example aswell as normal CV, App, Covering Letter etc, and builders coming to the house on Thurs and Fri which will be disruptive too

From Monday though things will be back to normal, I'm hoping to complete Shakturi and Ancients next week, I'll post some pics

So I'm guessing this will be at least a couple of weeks, but if it makes sense I might release the Shak/Ancients as an update when they're done, then the Atuuk, Pirates and other stuff as the last update.

The new patch changes nothing in terms of modding. That makes me a sad Romulan.

However, it does mean that there's no problem running this or any of the other mods with the new patch.

Just copy the super AIs files to the Diverse Worlds folder and overwrite. Didn't have any problems myself.

None of the fields in the races.txt file have been changed, so there's no effect to the mod.

Download and enjoy.

Hm, do you get the correct ship to race map, then? I did the painful job of updating the ship ID in the super AI races.txt...

Not exactly easily readable that file, and the spreadsheet thing posted here did not behave well in my open office.

I did get the correct ship-sets for each race, no problems. I'm not a modder so I made backup of the Diverse Worlds folder and put Super AI mod in there. Seemed to work.

EDIT: And Woodman. If you read this: Pretty, pretty please give us an update. Kittens will cry otherwise. No man wants that.

"Hear ye! Hear ye! J HG T was a jerk!"

I did not get the right ship images with my super AI mod trick. Well, I got right ones for some races that happened to be the first ones I encountered in my current game, I being Kiadian. So just ignore my overwrite way, it won't work well. If you don't mind Quanemos having Naxilian ships and such, go for it.
