For FR and FR-NL
Fixed:
1. German PZ Grenadier Company 1944-1945 units not showing up, other than the Company Commander and their transport.
2. Removed 'Elite' tag from German recon tank formation, 'Recon' tag only now.
2. Soviet Recon tanks were missing their 'recon' tag. and were mistagged as elite.
3. Moved Soviet Captured tanks formation to Misc purchase screen (was in artillery menu)
4. reduced # of Men for pre 1946 Soviet Assault Engineers, they would not fit in their transports in the Arm'd Asaault Company formation,
cost dropped by 2 points.
To install patch
1. if you use Winrar as your unzipping program, download patch file, extract to a temporary folder, open Enhanced FR or FR-NL .spm mod file, using winrar, use the 'add' function, browse to the new extracted files, and highlight them all and 'add' them to the ENH FR file, it should ask you if you want to overwrite other oobs, say YES
thats it you are done.
2. If you use winzip for instance, change the name of the ENH FR file from .spm to .zip, then, extract the patch files somewhere you can drag and drop them into the ENH mod zip file, overwrite the old files.
