See attached picture (JPG).

I'm posting this picture of a damaged package I received today from an order I made last week.

Hey I recognize that, the problem is that cardboard (or how do you call it?) can be very fragile... under certain conditions. It can be very strong and tough, but once it gets a little moist it tears very fast and becomes very fragile. So it looks tough on paper and in the office, but during transport in real life anything can happen.
Personally I've had no problems with any parcels so far.

I think the appropriate response is "your mama."
