Might just be me, but whenever I have a construction ship build a resort base, I will get the construction ship has completed it's mission message, but there is no resort base in sight

Are there any new limits that might be preventing them from being built?

Edit: Ok, if I remove the mining base that was already there it will build
So are mining stations now preventing Resort bases as well? They never did before
Edit 2: Actually it appears you can no longer build mines and resorts in the same place as I no longer have the option to build a mining station there (grrrr), don't remember that in the changelog

I was able to build a research station at the same planet that already had my gas mining base. I was not able to build a research station at the same planet that had another empire's research station. Neutron stars and supernovas, YES for multiple empire construction. Planets, NO for multiple empire construction.
