I think every R&D base need over 10k supplies to repair.

Are there any tricks to get them to repair faster. I have had situations where R&D factories will go months without repairing a single point it seems.

I have many 0(x) currently.

No tricks, I'm afraid. Like I said, make sure there's enough supplies.

R&D repair is slow, especially late war planes. R&D repair is getting faster when plane model arrival date is approaching.
