None of the conditions, stated in page 256 of the game manual for a Hungarian surrender had been, had been met.

So why have they surrendered? Was there any change to the surrender rules in the patches, after game release?

Can someone help me clarify this event/bug ?

I think this falls in line with part of the Rom surrender/switch sides bug I found. Were there any sov units in a Hun urban/city? In my game Rom switched sides after a 1 turn of Sov units invading Constanta.

I would state what the conditions were before the surrender so maybe tester or dev could answer better your question.

Well once Pirx the Pilot submits some more info on what the conditions were before the Hun surrender, it may either be a bug or a misinterpretation of the rules. So I'd say the verdict is out to whether it's a bug or feature.

I don�t have the original save from turn 90, because I retried ending the turn and well, hungary didn't surrender this time.

However in turn 91, they did surrender again. And the front didn't change much in in one turn, so the conditions are almost the same. And again as you can see, the locations mentioned in the game manual as necessary conditions regarding Hungary's surrender are not met,as both towns are still Axis controlled. So what else can it be?
