Yo people, just a question: what happened to all the game reports from crazed fans that are enjoying the great features of the latest patch?
I'd have expected at least 2 new AARs with the new patch.
Also, there were several video reports around here that I can't seem to locate anymore. What happened to them? Both makers quit on them?

This game has so many features, it's a gold mine for imagination, you can do an AAR in ANY form.

Cheers

I'm on it my friend! I'll make some fine AAR, as fine as the outfits I sew!

I can barely wait, I've been eager to see some of those mods in action, but I'm still learning the vanilla game to be experimenting with yet another addition altogether.

Everybody is testing the new patches out so lack of AARs is understandable. Also, many of us have other games to play as well + possible real-life work, family, school etc. etc.

I'll probably be doing my first grand AAR once Woodman finishes his diverse worlds mod (Atuuks, Ancients and Shakturis to go). Have to see which race I'll use in it. Either I'll do it seriously with one of my favourite races or with some humour and some really odd race/goverment combo that I've never used before.

I'm still light years away from scrounging the time for one, I also would not like it to be short and incomplete.
But I'm glad Merker that you flushed out two new ones, and with mods at that (me wants lots of pictures).
Don't want to pressure anyone but I think Cvan and J will do some great work.

Maybe some suggestions Data, or anybody else who is fan of Star Trek?? What race should I focus on and what ship? I plan to start out with single ship then bring in to the story fleet and then later whole empire.

That's a really interesting concept. :) It allows you to start the AAR well into the game when a 'history' has been established and keep themes controllable. As a suggestion I think any of the 'standard' races would be cool.

Why not bajorans and then develop on the Garrak dilema with his fellow cardasians?

Hmmm, well, bajorans are boring and don't have epic ships! We shall see... right now I'm sick so I will have to put "project" on hold.

I'm "resting" from all this nap. Being in bed for hours is not much fun even if you are lazy as I am, but yes you're right. I'll hop in to the bed and continue with watching season 5 of DS9.

Video AAR for DW? I woud love to see a let's play on youtube for it but aside from Codeforce's videos and an attempt from one of us I don't know of any other. To my shame I don't remember the guy's alis here on the forum but on youtube he was dirtbag...something. Looked for him now and I don't find his videos either.
