   | Here's the whole story...
I know Rader was waiting for me...and he was massing his bombers...in the thousands were sitting at Tokyo...on Naval Strike Mission...probably range 8 (so to reach Ominato not risking of getting to Hakodate)... i showed him my fleet (which moved from kushiro to Hakkodate so to concentrate the CAP)...for 4 days i showed him my fleet at Kushiro waiting to invade... he knew i was coming...he for sure had most of his 3000 fighters set on escort and a % on CAP (my guess was 30)
If i wanted to have a chance for this invasion i couldn't live those 4000 bombers...it would have been a massacre...
I knew that i didn't have to give them any target...they had to be sitting there...warming their engines...but i needed them on the strips.
I knew with the new patch i needed an escort very big in numbers... so i ordered 300 brave Hellcats and Wildcats (poor bastards...all from the USMC corps) to volounteer for this suicide mission, along with some british crazy men flying mosquitos...
 They weren't aces...but neither pigs...theywere all in their 60s...

They did their job...the first wave of 350 4es arrived over Tokyo heavily escorted... i guess that more than 150 escorting fighters were shot down...but during the first wave not a single bomber was touched...

 ...and here we go...
