Is there a consolidated list anywhere of the parameters which can be changed in ToW and the files in which they can be found, please?

It would also be great if there were some explanation of the effects of the changes, but that would be icing on the cake.

I suspect there would have to be some Master Document in the developers' toolkit at Wastelands Interactive, but that would, of course, be written in Polish - so it's all Greek to me!

I think that the most important file that you would like to take a look is consts.csv that is located inside every scenario.

Each block of the file has got it's title, so it might give you some idea, what is it doing.
