What's the campaign like? Is it purely linear? Branching? Dynamic? Is there a operational game that ties the tactical game together, ala XCom?

I'm only a few missions into the campaign (I didn't want to spoil the full release of FS by working my way through the campaign while it still was in beta

), but from what I have seen it is a series of 50-odd linked missions tied together by a interesting, if dense, cyberpunk story.� The maps that you fight on are semi-dynamic - only parts are randomized� - so each mission doesn't play out exactly the same each time.� Some are easy, others are very challenging.

The story isn't dynamic, though.� Just linear - mission 1-2-3-4, etc.� There isn't any base building or anything like what XCOM had, either. It's just a story told via missions.
