When I loaded the game the first time, there was a button that said �activate friend�s copy� or something similar. I clicked it, but then canceled since I didn�t know who I wanted to give it to. Now the button isn�t there.

This is an issue related to the game and not one we can help with. You'd need to ask Mode7 about any bugs inside the game. Sorry we can't help.
