new to the game, just wanting to throw in my two cents

apart from comments that have been relayed by others elsewhere, I noticed that I tended to maximize good armour leaders by gathering three or more panzer divs in one corps. However, german corps VERY rarely had two, never more, and from 42 on I think they actually had no more than one: Panzer divs had considerable logistic weight...
I thoughyt maybe the command value of a panzer div could be doubled for each one beyond the first otre something like that...

Status: offline 		I am not sure that is maximising the leader capabilities. AFAIK the mech rating is used for motorized divisions as well.

Status: offline 		Playing as Axis you never seem to have enough Corp HQ support. By the middle of 1942 you will have some infantry corps with 4 or 5 divisions and all of your Panzer corps will have 3 divisions. Your armies will also be overloaded and its a real problem when 11th army HQ leaves.

Its just how it is. It would be nice if as Axis you could scratch together a few HQS for emergencies like was done historically but that is no option for that

Now I wish I didn't disband the 3 RHQ at the beginning. They are Army HQ, even though named funny. I would imagine they would function as well any other army HQ depending on the commander.

One thing I recently discovered; all the security divisions that you split up into regiments to garrison city's count as 3 CP against the army groups. You can spend 1 AP each to move them to OKH and take command load off of the AG.

I'm also trying putting the Romanians under their own AG; probably not a good idea but AG South was so overloaded.

Nope, you can only attach security divisions to them, which have limited offensive and defensive capabilities.

p144 SECTION 7.6.2.
