I am half way into this massive campaign that span from 1939 to 1945 60 missions. I guess I should not reinstall with the latest version 4.5 until I am done with the current campagin then? Thanks folks

I dunno. I'm doing the same thing, and I've not encountered a problem with my 4.4 files in 4.5. I don't have any customized OOBs, icons or sounds though.

One option (as I have done), if you have the space, is to install a second copy of the game in a separate location, until suck time as you finish off all activities in the older version. Have you also tried with PBEM files ?

For me, my saves worked nicely. Only thing that didn't work was my secure PBEM games (as expected

).

I upgraded from 4.4 to 4.5 during the middle of a campaign with no problems. BTW hey Bonzo! How can I get in on some of that "suck time"?

Everything except PBEM works for me after the upgrade, you should be good to go.

PBEM files will work if it's not a secure game. If it is PBEM with password, the turn will not load. Bascom
