In T19 there was a lot of mud but no Axis attacks.  I did some air strikes etc.  Nothing really cool happened.

EDIT: 83 BAP is an air group that had an experience of 39 when I moved it to the 6 SHAD air base. I want to leave it there a turn or
two to see if the experience rises, and if so, how much. I want to get a feel for the effectiveness of the 'training' they supposedly do.
So in a turn or two I'll look again and compare the experience levels etc.

EDIT 2: I re-read what I typed above and noticed that I completely missed the significance of 6 SHAD for you guys. It's an air base that's
way way in the east to just train air groups. I fly the low experienced people there for a couple of turns etc. and when they're ripe I send
'em back into the fray.

Here's the condition of 83 BAP. It has gained some experience, and morale, and lost some fatigue.

EDIT: It's now at experience 40 which means it's ready to send out into the field somewhere.

This is the end of turn T20 stats:

EDIT: This was another one of those mud turns so besides me doing air base strikes and bombing ground units nothing happened.

I just now set all the units that were less than 90% of their TOE to refit status. And then I made sure that those that were over 89% of
their TOE were NOT on reset. Then I took this picture. The blue ones are in refit and the purple ones are all in reserve. The 'ready'
ones.....what's their color? Maybe no color is highlighted for them or something. So most of the Army is healthy and growing.

EDIT: This picture was taken from the T21 front lines etc.

This is also from T21. This is typical of the losses I'm having right now in the air. This happened at the one air strike button showing.

What we have here is the end of turn 18 in one frame and the beginning of turn 22 in the other frame and they are alternating. That's
what we're looking at. That's how much the front line has changed ( or stayed the same ) from one turn to the next. Lots of mud turn
inactivity and now in T22 there's finally some Axis attacks to write home about.

Forts are only 4 AP's apiece now so I bought some for the entrances to the Crimea. Just in case of a breakout in '42 or something.

T23: I did some bombing of ground units of course, and two fighter sweeps that were both disasters. Too early for taking on the
Luftwaffe I guess.

Here's the end of turn T23 stats:

I did 121 Ground Bombing attacks and got only 16 hits. Only 16 times did I cause an Axis loss. I'm not sure that ground bombing of
units is cost effective. I've done some fighter sweeps and I'm pretty sure they aren't cost effective. D'oh.

There were no Axis attacks again this turn ( T25 ) so the front lines look pretty much like they have for a while now.

This is the moves for both sides that happened in T26:

EDIT: As you can imagine, I'm attacking at less than spectacular odds. Sometimes 1:4, just just to attrite the Axis dudes. I figure I can
afford the losses better than he can but only if I truly hurt him.

The rail to and from Leningrad is blocked by the Axis and I can't rail out the remaining industry, so all this stuff will get destroyed maybe.

Looking at the picture in the previous post I just realized that after the situation changes, once I'm winning, and the Luftwaffe is no longer a threat, I can spend some
AP's divesting the cities of their AAA guns and save the manpower therefrom to make more soldiers.
