The reduction of fortifications to 2 makes the defenders more vulnerable to air strikes and naval bombardments. Of course more than 800 disabled squads will take a bit to recover. We have some units which are nearly recovered after moving out to friendly bases that will boost AV by a small degree when they return. We will also have a number or the tank units that have ranged across the northern plains back for the next assault. We attack Tsingtao tomorrow. Both sides have agreed the breweries are off limits.
