Hello

Yes I understand that. The developer is working on an update for the game and it will announced in the forums.

So is that the official response from Matrix?

All Mr. Cooney or Obsolete had to do was say that they are working on a patch. How hard is it to post once every couple of months. Check out the Flashpoint Germany thread about what's going on. Every once and awhile Capn Darwin posts, and lets us know the game is still being developed, "Flashpoint Middle East."

So this begs the question, do we keep complaining? I need a consensus from the team.

shame is "the team" - the users, the paying customers - have done a lot more work posting issues, working on a needed supplement to the manual and etc. than the team getting the money for the game. I've just checked in now and then and remember the admission of neglect and promise to be present and provide support going forward back in the summer only after the same patient and prolonged requests for support. And there was a gush of thanks and rightful expectation for the promised support and presence on the forum. And that hasn't happened, and here it is a repeat of the same plaintive, polite requests for support and presence. I'll be sure to never give the devs a dime for any other of their games again. A lot of good games with great long term support out there and this sure ain't one of them. Once bitten, no more buy. Lousy support and unkept promises from a developer like this puts a bad light on Matrix too who get a lot of my gaming dollars.

Politely, very politely, how hard is it for even Matrix to reply here and say yes, we have a problem, and no it's not going to get fixed by the developer move along nothing to see here.

Come on Mr Cooney, say something. No one here has been rude or offensive, we just want information, good, bad, or neutral. Even Obsolete could post something. I like the game enough to keep posting until they bury me. I am very healthy, so that could be awhile.

Agent S, Max, that is hilarious, I'm going to be chuckling all day about your posts.

We could surpass "What music are you listening to."

Thanks for posting everyone, keep it up. Someone will get annoyed with us I hope and post SOMETHING about the fate of this game.
