This is great, if we get no response, we will all be 5 star elites in no time, and it's a legitimate cause. Hmmm, couple of posts every day here, and a few others there, bingo. I want mine in gold please.

Oh yeah, fix the bugs, or tell us it's done, but tell us something please. See polite but persistent. We deserve an answer of some kind "officially" on the game forum. Because Matrix said all game issues must be discussed in the game forum. I'm just following instructions/orders.

Interesting to look at last login dates for MichaelCooney or Tim Coakley. Wonder how they are getting user feedback?

Just think how many posts I could have got from that one if I could be bothered ;)

Cheers

I've seen Tim C on the forum recently. Obsolete has been over at Slitherine in the BA and TA forums.

Not to bring up another game, but the very worst I've ever seen was Shrapnel's World of Supremacy forum. It will never ever get to that point at Matrix. At least CCME is playable. My guess is we'll get what we want if we continue prodding

Well, if they don't have time to fix the code they should just make it open source for the code and just don't include the data files for the game. I've programmed in C++ and many other languages for 30+ years. We can fix it if we get the source code.

If your price is right, Matrix has a lot of games that could use some work.

So true Agent S, but it's for a righteous cause, so "they" (Matrix and developer) need to respond, and tell us either game is done, or yes we will fix the "minor" bugs.

Even JMass liked the game, and did some wonderful modding which I still use. Someone was doing WWI stuff, but I haven't heard from him in awhile. He probably quit because of lack of support from the developers.

Happy New Year everyone, well almost everyone.

Oh yes I like it, I would to see a graphic improvement to have silhouettes instead of NATO symbols, not generic but different to cover every unit. Next year I'll search for pbem opponents, happy 2012!

A few more years of this complaining without a response and we could be like the lock-n-load forum

I think that when Matrix stops supporting a game, they should release the source code under GPL lic so if users want to fix or enhance the game they can. Doom 3 source was released but not the data files so you still need to buy the game to play it. I think Matrix might sell a few more older games they don't want to spend time/money on improving. Let the community do the work. Similar to mods for other games. Even a indie game company, Spider Web Software, release the code to Blades of Exile because he didn't want to spend the time updating it to work with newer operating systems.

Anyway, just a thought and I think everyone would win.
