ORIGINAL: Commander Stormwolf yes please make the WITW and WIR mods for AE... battle of britain would be pretty cool with the AE engine Well yes, 2 years ago () I worked on converting all the East Front data I had for WitP into the new Admiral´s edition format. That is almost done, obviously with many new data missing like ship tonnage, new in-war TOE updates for land units, testing the new MVR data for aircraft, redesigning the Industry,.... The biggest issue for me is the MAP - I don´t have one and I absolutely suck at graphics! CobraAus () made the one for WitP, but I need one for AE with the new scale, hexsides (or the work with Pwhexe is an even bigger nightmare) and terrain graphics already in - so I could code it with the Editor. It should stretch for the same area as the old EF map for WitP, from 2 hexes west of Berlin to Astrakhan and from 2 hexes south of Sofia to a little north of Murmansk/Archangelsk. Anyone willing to do this??? ALL other graphics were made by DALI. Again my biggest thank you to him for his work! Many things I could use again, some will have to be shifted, some new created.... It´s a lot of work and a long term project, and at least for me, I don´t have much time to spare - but I will try to work on the map data if someone creates a good looking map. Regarding AE ability to reflect Blitzkrieg warfare - it can´t! It is great for naval, air and invasion type warfare - so Dali´s scenarios are the best idea! WitM is obviously a good choice after Norway. Battle of Britain was something I was thinking of too - short, lot´s of data available, small map to create... the problem is that airfield bombing is way to effective and the German would cripple the RAF in a couple of turns. And some sort of die-roll would be needed to set targets for Luftwaffe, be it Radars, Ports, Airfields, Industry, City Terror Bombing,.... If I´m not mistaken CREEPER has some work done on this?! Happy New Year to you all!
