Can someone point me to where I can find the most current version of the game manual?

After you install latest update - the updated WitE manual is automatically installed in:

\War in the East\Manuals

and called:

"WITE-Manual-[US_LETTER].pdf"

BTW, you get the link for it in "Start" -> "Programs" as well..

Is it possible to get a version of the latest manual as an MS Word file? My phone has trouble reading that partcular file but not the other ones. The PDF-->Word converters I've tried are not able to successfully convert the file.
