Bug report: If a command ship of a fleet needs hydrogen but the fleet also got caslon needing ships - and the fleet gets a refuel and repair command in either way it's possible to issue this command - and ends up at a hydrogen only(rare!?) gas mining station(in this case in a nebula), the remaining caslon needy ships get stuck trying to refuel a fuel that ain't there. Reassigning lead ship to a caslon needy ship sends the ships off to a proper supplying station! Selecting all ships in the fleet in the ship menu and issuing a refuel command also sends them of as they should too.

I have a problem with a fleet with mostly caslon requiring ships. There is a few hydrogen requiring ships as well. The bug is that the fleet when ordered to refuel tries to refuel at a hydrogen only extracting gas mining station in a nebula - refuels the hydrogen needy ships - and then never ever gets anywhere else. The caslon needy ships just stays docked, never getting their fuel need covered. I've tried to order them to stop and give a new refuel order as well as moving them manually in the direction of another gas station, but they return back when ordered to refuel.

Did you try manually ordering them to refuel at a different station or just used refuel at nearest? (Yeah obvious but I just want to be sure

)

I have not tried to order them to manually refuel anywhere else as I don't think that will be a problem. The bug is obvious. The three ships using hydrogen refuels fine, fly out to wait for the rest but the rest unable to refuel at the station never realizes that they can't get the needed fuel there. I mean, they shouldn't even have been send there by the refuel and repair command order in the first place. They had very little fuel when they got there, so I might not have been closer to a caslon station then the hydrogen only one when I tried to send them off and hit the refuel command again.

Okay, when giving them the refuel command via the ships menu, having selected all ships in the fleet, including the three hydrogen ones, the game refuels the three hydrogen ones at the station and sends the others off to a caslon source!

When giving the refuel and repair order in the fleets menu I get exactly the same result - getting stuck at hydrogen only station. So, I conclude that it's something with giving mixed fuel fleets a refuel and repair command - as a whole fleet - and ending up at a one fuel source only station. I currently have no hydrogen requiring drive tech available, just to make that clear - the three ships are abandoned and found ships. One of the hydrogen ships is currently set as command ship. Setting one of the caslon needy ships as a command ship and hitting refuel and repair sends them off to other stations as they should!
