I remember back in the 70's and 80's playing with mini's.

We used some rules/dies ect was very detailed.

Great stuff brings back allot of good memoirs.

Do post pics when you can, I love miniatures.  I have about 300 minis for Battletech, fully painted.  I never got into WW2 stuff, just didn't seem like a crowd for in Colorado Springs when I started.

+1 Another one who likes Battletech and had minis painted - it was a real pain getting them by post to where I live... unfortunately now I haven't got the time for them anymore and haven't ever played a game with them either. Just the joy of putting them together and painting them. Now if only Matrix came out with a strategy game for Battletech

I have to admit though that I was always more interested in the painting and assembly part.

No, I am currently building/painting a 76mm arty battery that can double as anti-tank too depending on how I decide to use them in an army. But I don't think they can do both in an army, I have to choose. So four 76mm pieces, arty crew, spotters and bases to paint and I hope to be finished late January.

After that I have about four blisters of soviet inf to do, a Sturmovik and some tanks where I will try some new stuff painting wise. So I have Soviets for 6-12 months depending on how inspired I feel. My brother also gave me some germans to paint (lazy bastard).

Lovely miniatures. I won't show mine, though. Warriors of Chaos (Undivided), and Salamanders Space Marines doesn't belong to this forum

Rojo,

Would you care to show one or two of them? I will also start with 1/35 or 1/72 next year.

Oleg,

they are called 15mm (I don't know why) but the scale is 1/100 I think.
