By now some of you readers are probably wondering why in the world am I giving away all this valuable OPSEC to Jim? I'm thinking the policy might have to change when the Allies start pushing units out into my regions but for now, I figure I might be able to pull off alll these local real-time actions in spite of the leak(s). There's not a whole lot the Allies can do in the early war stages and Jim is just ( probably ) biding his time, taking the lumps, doing his best to roll with the punches and save what he can. Maybe we should ask him?

So um.....Jim, how's it going on the Alllied side.....If you'd care to say.

EDIT: I've saved the first 16 pages as separate off-line web pages and have put them into separate folders and have constructed an index.html file that you can use to get to the separate pages easily even when you don't have any internet service for some reason or other. I did this mostly to document for myself, the game as it unfolds so my son or whoever else might want to read it a decade from now or something. But you guys are welcome to it too. You can find the download page right here:

Published AAR pages 1-16

It's about 78Meg big so it'll take a minute to download but using the index page go get to the different pages is pretty easy.

I've got this one ARD near Cam Rahn Bay and it's got a speed of 1 even though it's got no damage. I'd just as soon skuddle this bad boy. I don't have a use for it.....not one I'm aware of. I'm gonna park it at CRB and ignore it.

This is me bumping up the output of Oscar aircraft by 20 so that it's now 32(20).

I-10 was damaged so heavily that I've had to evacuate it to Rabaul for repairs. So now I know there's a minefield at Brisbane.

I was just about to run some surface ships into Soerabaja to get some hits and I thought about possible minefields and sent the sub instead....The RO-33 sank after this but at least no surface skimmers got entangled.

Another inconclusive contest. It was raining and visibility was poor I'm guessing.

78 coastal guns is nothing to sneeze at. I'm lucky no ships were hit this time.

I didn't get off so lightly at Ambon. The AK sank after this.

78 shots, not coastal guns. Big difference! Prolly 4 - 6 guns.

Very accurate shooting ... again, 85 shots, but 18 hit. Wow. I wonder if she was damaged beforehand? Smoking ships are much easier hit.

The plumber's helper is back being a pest at Ominato. Lot's of PB's are nearby however so maybe he'll go away after a bit.

You're absolutely correct. Thanks for pointing that out. I read that wrong all the time.

I've had a lot of torpedoes that miss here lately. Maybe I need different sub commanders? I'll look into that next time it docks.

We're starting to whittle down the Warhawk's in the more southern islands in the PI. A bunch more like this will do the trick.

The war in China is heating up. Usually there's just some isolated bombing raids flown by the Japs and they don't usually hit
much but here's an Allied raid and as usual they didn't hit much.

Jim is still doing his 4 B-17's daily raid. He never seems to hit anything so I'm not too worried about it yet.

Also, Clark Field needs to be reinforced somehow. Maybe there's a Regiment on the Home Islands that I can move yet. Or something.
