Long time Matrix member here, with lots of PC purchases over the years. Just logged in specifically to give you guys feedback on the iOS version of the game. As it turns out, I'm a software engineer and have done quite some Objective-C, but this doesn't matter, I'm talking as a user here. Seriously, what was the rationale behind not launching save/restore functionality in the original game submission, or even first patch? I bought this game and it has crashed so many times on my iphone 4 that I have _really_ not managed to get 1 game finished. Even if you didn't manage to fix all the crashes and leaks before launch, you should have at least looked at the many reviews post-launch and provided save/restore functionality in the first patch! Really, I mean please explain what were you thinking. It cannot be such a big feature to create a save/restore functionality, and you know you have people that get crashes all the time. Apologies if I appear sarcastic, it's just that I've expected better from Slitherine (Battle Academy is a great stable game) than having paid for a game I can't enjoy, and I don't think I am the only one here, just looking at the iTune reviews.. Looking forward to your reply.
