support always first port of call is where you bought it, as without proof of purchase, which support here won't have, how would anyone here know? but for me, i would have suggested it was posted at account support level, not forum tech support, as nobody here, can or did help as they don't have the knowledge to be able to offer advice on something which they don't know, as i wouldn't have had a clue either, so would have just suggested staff support from your account here, as per guidelines http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3901652 same advice, and tbh always the first port of call, if a forum reply isn't given, eg known and after 4 years, it doesn't show up unless like now you re post it, as forum hides posts over a given age old
