the manul says that counter invasion forces will be activated if enemy enter certain area like north india,NZ,south australia.
but it is unclear about the details,here is the question:
1. How to define "Enter",capturing a base or just put a LCU in there?
2. How many,When and Where is this reinforcement will be?

Do a search on "Emergency Reinforcements". Bullwinkle did a series of detailed threads back in 2010 on all the areas and what came through.

An LCU crossing the line is sufficient to trigger them.
