Hi,

I would like to get rid of one of my matrix digitally downloaded game.
I was told before it is legal but my buyer would like some confirmation from matrix.
can I really sell the serial?
should I inform Matrix?
what the new owner won't be able to do?

The European Court passed a law recently that yes you can sell your games. I imagine steam etc will need to sort something out to comply with this law at some point aswell. The law states the game is yours do do with what you will except copy and sell obviously. This also is a great law to help against poor DRM, when someone finally has enough and sues a publisher we will start getting abit of justice.

This is in no way directed at Matrix though, but at other publishers.
